We invite you for a day that will establish the deep-connection qualities, based on practices and activities validated in the “Zoé” community in the past 3 years, adjusted to the co-worker landscape.
On this day, we will slow our inner tempo, distance ourselves from the office air, lower the walls of cynicism, receive a soul - massage, and take part in activities that will build this deep connection through almost intimate sharing, trust-building gamified activities, nurture our bodies with high quality food, while setting qualities of gratitude, respect, and positivity.
You will end this day with big smiles, longer breaths, and a ground set for much better collaboration and productivity.​

A curated journey to deepen connection and align on our shared future. This is where we bring our cultural values to life through a series of intentional experiences, transforming a group of co-workers into an organic, aligned and trusting team.

Welcome & Light Breakfast 9am
An hour of light conversation and nourishment to ease into the day.

Connect to Self 10am
A one-hour Sound Healing Experience to foster individual presence and clarity. It establishes an introspective setting and easing us into a relaxed vibe. It soothes our souls. It soften us, melting our hard-lines and our inner strongholds.

Connect to Each Other 11am
Unleash connection in this hour of dynamic mini-games and collaborative actions. We'll dismantle walls, revealing the "humans" behind the titles, and cultivate a free, comfortable space where authentic trust and understanding can flourish.

Deepening through Gratitude 12pm
In small groups ("pods"), a 1.5-hour session to cultivate appreciation and strengthen team bonds, through unique activities and almost-intimate sharing, we deepen connections and trust.
This session surrounds positive universal qualities and personal-life sharing, creating a spiritual hug among the pod members.

Lunch 1:30pm
A shared meal to recharge and connect informally.

Aligning to the Future 2:30pm
A 1.5 hours for sharing intentions and creating collective forward momentum within the same "pods" format.
After we broke the walls, established connection and trust, and are better aligned - we’ll spend an this time of sharing intentions and creating forward-movement momentum.

Closing the day with desserts and final reflections.
